Thanks for the comments, I'll pass them on to the Committee.
I am concerned that members of the Parish Council feel that they have not had chance to comment.  Is this because my letter of 29 June was insufficient notice of the proposed limit, or that members consider that they should have been consulted before the review took place? 
I will let you know the LJC's decision.

The above item was discussed at the Farndon Parish Council meeting last night.

Members were concern that they not had chance to comment on the proposal before!

They wish to inform the Joint Committee of the Councils full support for the reduction in speed on this section of Highway.

Can you please keep me informed of the outcome?

I've been told that the LJC agreed the 40 mph limit through Crewe by Farndon - it will now be advertised
